Representative Maxine Waters’ held congressional hearings in New Orleans last week.  The hearings focused on the Road Home Program and the Status of the “Big Four” public housing developments.  Representative Waters reverberated her commitment to one for one replacement on demolished units and questioned developers around the status of rebuilding.
