Jeffrey Buchanan from RFK Memorial Center for Human Rights posted an article today, entitled “Four Years Later, Let's End the Human Rights Crisis in KatrinaRitaVille” to the HuffingtonPost regarding the human rights violations, including the right to housing, still taking place in the  Gulf Coast region and action steps.  As this is the fourth anniversary  of the disaster, the concerns addressed in the article are particularly  poignant today.
