The CIW's Fair Food Program (FFP)  gets NY Times front page attention, days before "Food Chains" debuts at the Tribeca Film Festival.  The Times' Steven Greenhouse outlines CIW's amazing history and the FFP success, includes a number of industry quotes (one from Walmart's Jack Sinclair), and describes details of the program that often escape media attention (health and safety committees that include workers).   "…[T]he tomato fields in Immokalee are probably the best working environment in American agriculture," says Suan L. Marquis, dean of Pardee RAND Graduate School.  "In the pat three years, they've gone from being the worst to the best."

The on-line piece also includes an impressive slide show consisting of photos by the Times' Richard Perry.
