Women and the Human Right to Health Care: A Perspective on the Federal Health Reform Law
Part of a series of fact sheets published by NESRI, analyzing the law from the perspective of women, immigrants, and people of color.

This fact sheet measures the federal health reform law against human right to health principles and gives an overview of some of the ways women will be affected by the new legislation.
