We believe that the best solutions are led by the people closest to the problem. Whether it’s safer workplaces, thriving schools, or democratic governance, the most innovative and effective solutions are worker- and community-driven. 

Partners for Dignity & Rights catalyzes grassroots knowledge and transforms it into community change-making. Through learning cohorts, peer-to-peer exchanges, and toolkits that capture best practices across the field, our work makes real the adage that knowledge is power. 

The resources on this page are a sampling of the tools our team has created in collaboration with organizers and leaders to both deepen the understanding of the problems faced  and build skills to reflect, engage communities, and plan next steps.

We collaborate with movement partners, grassroots organizations, funders, and government staffers to:

• Convene learning cohorts to hone members’ skills, share best practices, and advance strategic goals including policy development and implementation, collaborative governing relationships, and coalition-building.
• Create digital toolkits to support worker and community organizations develop programs and policies to protect human rights. Our resources support every step from power mapping to campaigning to program development and implementation. 
• Build political education and narrative change. To win our vision of a multi-racial democracy where all people can thrive requires that we change the stories that are accepted as common sense.
