Carmen Marie Rogers

Carmen Marie Rogers is the Director of Administration for the Robertson Foundation, Tiger Foundation, and Aotearoa Foundation. As the administrative and finance leader for these three foundations, she oversees all budgeting and financial management, human resources, grants and data management, and other day-to-day operations. 

Previously Ms. Rogers was the Deputy Chief Operating and Finance Officer for The Atlantic Philanthropies.  She was one of the final employees at Atlantic where she strategically supported its successfully closure as one of the largest limited-life private foundations at the end of 2020. Prior to Atlantic, Ms. Rogers was the Director of Special Initiatives and Human Resources at the Fund for the City of New York.  Her professional career has focused on creating operations and financial tools that improve the systems and efficiencies of nonprofits and foundations in New York City and Los Angeles.

Ms. Rogers earned a B.A. with honors in public administration from Miami University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California.  She is ABD in the doctorate program at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service where she was also an Adjunct Professor and guest lecturer of nonprofit financial management, arts and culture policy, and introduction to public service courses.
